			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s a fad that millions of overweight people do every year. As the summer months approach and go on, it&#8217;s always a high priority for those overweight to attempt to lose weight, however so many people fail. This is mainly from a lack of motivation and education on the techniques that actually work. Of course there is a little self motivation needed to truly succeed but there are many techniques out there that gives you such a great advantage that it&#8217;s nearly impossible not to succeed with just a smidgen of determination.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s 3 to get you started.</p>
<p>Start a Circuit Training Routine!</p>
<p>Those that have tried a circuit training routine for any period of time can attest to the results it can provide. You basically need to set up 10 different lifts at a lower to medium weight level for yourself and spend roughly 2 minutes at each station. The goal here is to pump out as many reps as you can within those 2 minutes and then within 30 seconds start the next station. This gives a great anaerobic effect and burns a ton of calories FAST.</p>
<p>Learn The Calorie Shifting Method.</p>
<p>This doesn&#8217;t require any physical exertion by yourself whatsoever as this is a dietary change every person should be making. The idea is very simple, your body burns calories off of the amount that you took in 2-3 days prior. So if you ate 3000 calories on day 1, by day 3 your body expects you to be eating the same and will adjust itself to burning that amount of calories. <p>Also, many people try unhealthy diets or unsafe pills and supplements that promise easy and rapid weight loss.</p>
<p>There are many diets that do cause quick weight loss. The thing is the results rarely ever last because all they do is mess up your metabolism, setting you up to eventually gain all the weight back.</p>
<p>Having a long term view will help you avoid short term unhealthy solutions.</p>
<p>Tip #2: Set A Goal</p>
<p>Losing weight can be a big challenge. You might have to make some drastic changes to your current lifestyle and you have to stay motivated.</p>
<p>Set an exciting weight loss goal and you&#8217;re more likely to stay motivated to do the necessary things to lose the weight.</p>
<p>Tip #3 Follow An Expert</p>
